     Personal Statement

I am a researcher who is passionate about educating the rank and file of the workforce. I seek to make members of the labour force aware that the dynamic nature of the work environment and society at large is ever changing. To cope and sustain their personal and societal development, they must upskill, upgrade and refresh regularly. Through my research work, industry best practices are brought into the classroom to be sure that the products of the gown are fit and ready for the town.  The aim is to bring unemployment to the barest minimum by eradicating employers’ idea that graduates of the gown are unemployable and at the same time make the workforce of the nation one of the most educative in the world.
