Personal Statement

I am a lecturer in the department of Educational Management, with specialisation in Management Information Systems, Statistics, Economics of Education, and Educational Planning. With a strong commitment to encouraging students with a phobia for statistics, I focus on research methods and educational statistics, aiming to demystify complex concepts and foster a deeper understanding of data analysis.  I am passionate about applying statistical methods to inform educational decision-making, and I am committed to collaborating with educators, policymakers, and community stakeholders to ensure that research findings are translated into practice. My ultimate goal is to serve as a mentor for young researchers, particularly in the area of educational management, providing guidance and support to help them navigate the research process and develop their skills.
