 Personal Statement 

I am a Senior Lecturer with over 20 years of experience in higher education and my areas of research interest span across Human Resource Management, School and Office Administration, and Educational Management Information System. My work focuses on contributing to capacity building, school assessments and staff performance. I have developed, facilitated, and managed numerous training plans and process improvement initiatives in a wide range of situations I have mentored young university undergraduates with passion and ability for entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship. Apart from my research and classroom experience, I have served in other numerous areas which include Departmental Postgraduate Coordinator and Deputy Director, Institute of Continuing Education, University of Lagos. I am committed to principles of school administration and staff professional development.
