     Personal Statement

          As an Early Childhood educator, I am passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters young children’s cognitive, social, emotional and physical development. I have keen interest in literacy development, creating a safe and welcoming environment, foster creativity and build strong relationship in Pre-school and Primary school pupils through tested and improved strategies that will help to enhance learning and performance in all subjects. My career aim is to lay solid foundation for the Early Childhood Education through evidence-based recommendations for policy makers and practitioners.
