Personal Statement
I am an entrepreneurship educator and innovative early career researcher committed to promoting lifelong learning to empower individuals to adapt and succeed in an ever-changing world. My work focuses on enhancing employability skills and stimulating enterprise creation among young adults for employment creation and economic independence. My ultimate goal is to translate research into business ideas leading to scalable enterprises and training delivery that address Africa’s youth unemployment challenges and sustainable development through collaborative, interdisciplinary approaches.
