           I am a lecturer, researcher and seasoned Education Economists, Labour Economics and Human Resources expert. I have a passion for advancing solution to human capacity development in the area of pedagogy for teaching economics. Also to provide solution for work place environment to enhanced workers’ productivity, creativity and innovation. My focus is to translate my research work to solve educational problems in the areas of financing, teachers` training, mentorship, job satisfaction to prevent brain drain and enhanced job retention for organization stability and productivity
