  1. Personal Statement

       I am a researcher and professional teacher trainer with special interest in curriculum and instruction, skills acquisition, ICT in teaching and learning and teacher professional developments. My research interests and teaching also focus on SDG 4 (Quality education), SDG 11, (Sustainable cities, and Communities). I incorporate entrepreneurship into my courses thereby stimulating entrepreneurship thinking into my students. I have over the years been engaged in various projects (national and international) involving training in-service teachers in the use of innovative approaches to teaching science. I have written modules for teaching and learning. In the course of my career as an academic, I have mentored and still mentoring many postgraduate students. I am interested in researches and collaboration that involve the use of technology in teaching science, including the practical aspects both at secondary and tertiary levels.
